Ng Breaks 1000 Point Barrier 

Congratulations to Julia Ng, who reached the 1,000 point career mark in the Raiders 62-50 victory over Mercyhurst Prep on Friday, December 29.  

Villaflor Breaks 1,500 Career Point Mark 

Natalie Villaflor now becomes the second leading scorer in LCHS Girls' BBall history.

Andersen Vaughan Breaks Assist Record!  

Congratulations to Senior Andersen Vaughan on breaking the career assist record! She broke Katie Martin's nine year old record. After tonight, she has amassed 1,455 assists.

Barts Breaks Single Game TD Pass Record!  

Junior Nick Barts broke FR Football Coach and LCHS alum Austin Campbell's single game TD pass record with seven in tonight's 63-12 defeat of PVHS tonight.

Last meet of the season tonight at Ida Lee at 8pm against Heritage! Come out and support our seniors!

 This past Saturday, at Ida Lee, the Raiders swim team finished off the season strong, sending the seniors off with a 349 - 222 victory over the Pride of Heritage.  The Lady Raiders fought hard all meet to secure a 169 - 117 victory over Heritage. In the meet, the Lady Raiders were able to win 7 of the 11 races, while finishing in 2 nd   in the other 4 races. In the meet, Lexie Vanderloo was able to improve her own school record, by 3 seconds, in the 200 IM to a time of 2:14.88. Along with that performance, Julia Calvert was able to achieve a regional qualifying time in the 100 backstroke. The Lady Raiders worked hard all year and the times in this meet showed their effort.  The boys swim team followed along the same path of the girls, by scoring 180 points to defeat Heritages 105 points. The boys were able to win 10 of the 11 events and finish 2 nd  and  3 rd  in the one race they did not win. In the meet, Collin Hughes was able to improve his school record in the 200 Freestyle to a time of 1:40.86,  and just missing the All-American cut time in the process. The boys team was also able to gain another state qualifier in Jack Ramberg, in the 50 Freestyle. Along with the state qualifier, there were two regional qualifiers, Jack Ramberg (100 Freestyle) and Cole Eisner (500 Freestyle). This past Saturday, at Claude Moore, the LCHS swim team had a very good, and close meet, against the Titans from Dominion. In the end the Raiders lost by a score of 285 - 287. The boys LCHS swim team defeated the Titans by a score of 171 - 115. In the meet, the boys showed their dominance by winning 10 of the 11 events. While they were dominant in all the events, the boys were able to gain another qualifier for the state meet, in Collin Hughes (100 Backstroke). They were also get two more people qualified for the region meet, in Cole Eisner (200 Freestyle) & Shane Hunter (50 Freestyle). Carson Aho and Carson Stillman, were able to come away with their first individual wins for the season as well. The Lady Raiders battled through the meet, but suffered defeat to the Titans, 114 - 172. The Lady Raiders were able to come away with a victory in the 200 Freestyle Relay, and many other second places. In the meet, a lot of the girls were able to set personal best in the races.
